What we store
Name, address, email, phone and order history, needed to deliver your order (basis: contract). Accounting data (orders, receipts) is kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, cf. the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (bokføringsloven) § 13.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payment), Gelato/Prodigi (printing and shipping, receive name and address), Resend (email), Railway (servers), Vercel (website), Fiken (accounting). Some may process data outside the EEA, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Analytics
We use Umami, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact post@postretro.com.
